I'm a total #foodie. Follow my food journey here, as I jump around a lot from American cuisine to Italian to Chinese to Thai to Indian to Pakistani. I don't discriminate... my food comes from anywhere from really fancy Michelin rated restaurants to my own kitchen to the "unsanitary" food trucks of New York City. Street meat is one of the best food finds in any given city, despite what germaphobes have to say about it. I do love to cook! I won’t say I’m a good cook or some type of “Kitchen Guru,” but it’s something that I enjoy doing. Cooking is relaxing for me and I love to eat, so it’s a win-win situation. My favorite food is definitely Italian. I love my wine and cheese. My second favorite is Southern comfort food for sure. If I had to pick a least favorite, it might be Greek food, but I still experiment with it every now and then. Brunch food is a new food group that I’m still exploring… chicken and waffles, steak and eggs, shrimp and grits… Interesting choices of breakfast food, in my opinion, but still delish. I think everyone should be open to trying new things… especially, when it comes to food. My best piece of advice for anyone looking to venture out of their comfort zone… Always ask for recommendations, order one of those recommended dishes, and order one thing that is similar to what you might normally like to eat.
