Tinted SPF Moisturizers to Wear All Summer Long
So I’m basically living in two tinted SPF moisturizers this Summer. Laura Mercier and NARS have been beauty cult favorites for ages and now, even I’m obsessed.
Laura Mercier’s Tinted Moisturizer in Tawny is perfect for my olive skin and warm undertones. This product is great for oil-free light coverage, with SPF 20 protection from the sun, and a nice matte finish for an everyday look. It’s perfect for anyone who doesn’t want it to look like they’re wearing makeup.

Although there’s no photo up here yet, I love NARS Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer in Santiago, which is for medium-deep skin color with warm undertones and gives me a nice golden tone. I don’t really wear a ton of makeup so this is just a nice lightweight, hydrated tinted moisturizer that’s oil-free. It has vitamin C and protects your skin from the sun with SPF 30.
Finishing Touches
As recommended by one of the makeup artists at Sephora, I also purchased the top-selling Original BeautyBlender Makeup Sponge, which easily and quickly blends makeup for a flawless airbrushed look. It absorbs water, not makeup, so your fave foundations and powders will stay on your skin, not in your sponge. For environment-conscious shoppers, this product is considered cruelty-free and is formulated without latex, parabens, sulfates, or phthalates. Not to mention, this product is an Allure Best of Beauty winner, which I consider the Bible of the beauty industry.
