A Brief Intro: I love to work, make sure everyone around me is positive and motivated. I love working with fashion, beauty, and health brands. I've been a dancer for 23 years and love helping people too!

Our History: Lilian and I met at the 2019 BlogHer Creators Summit in Greenport, Brooklyn. We were twinning in our pink power suits.

Tell us about your career path.

I was always fascinated with allowing people to feel their best, so I decided to incorporate that in my videos. Once I finished my masters in Media and marketing, I was so fascinated with the industry, so when companies approached me to market their brands, I decided to create my own Marketing agency with my brother Arlen.

How did you start your blog/vlog? What’s different from when you first started it? Is it everything you thought it would be?

I began my Youtube channel in 2009 and went viral accidentally. Below is my first YouTube video. From then, YouTube contacted me and asked me to become partners with them, so I did and now I work my dream job daily and am so grateful.

How and when did you start your blog? When did it become full-time?

I began my Channel in 2009 and my website in 2012. They both became full-time in 2014.

Our marketing agency works with fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands to make their vision a reality.

What makes you a boss?

To be understanding, organized and driven, I think. Those are not always traits that come easily to a person.

Proudest moment in your career AND personal life?

To be working with Cosmo magazine as a beauty influencer. What is the hardest decision you've ever had to make? It was hard to move to LA, as I always lived in Australia, however so grateful I did!

What has been the lowest point in your career?

It’s hard starting a business, but you have to stay organized and always be driven to succeed.

What's your mantra or a quote you live by?

"Everything happens for a reason" and if something is meant to be yours, it already was.

Why should everyone have a #LadyTribe to lean on? Who's yours?

It’s so important to surround yourself with positive, like-minded people. You can motivate them and they'll motivate you! I have a close group of friends I talk to and go back and fourth with ideas.

Sometimes we partner on collaborations or shoots. Its’ always so fun!

What passion project are you working on right now?

Right now we are focusing on our agency and staying organized, as well as elevating our brand.
