Triple Peach Salad with Grilled Chicken & Honey-Mustard Balsamic Dressing

 
 

Here’s another easy salad recipe that includes my favorite Summer fruits and a new homemade dressing that I’m obsessed with. 🍑 I have been absolutely loving peaches all Summer long and apparently, nectarines are a type of peach. Fun fact… Nectarines were developed from a peach by a natural mutation in China like thousands of years ago. Google told me.

  • Nectarines

  • White peaches

  • Yellow peaches

  • Mixed leafy greens

  • Grilled chicken (seasoned)

  • Shredded carrots

  • Blueberries

  • Crumbled goat cheese

No guidance on portions here, per usual, but you can always make a big bowl to last a few days as long as you don’t pour any dressing on it.

 
 

Dressings & Seasoning

I seasoned my grilled chicken with McCormick Grill Mates Brown Sugar Bourbon Seasoning, which is linked below, along with some homemade dressing inspired by a recent Marley Spoon meal kit. I just mixed up some honey, spicy mustard, and balsamic dressing in a small bowl.
